Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or license
• Masters degree or higher in school psychology or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of special education regulations and processes
• Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and counseling skills
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
• Previous experience in school or educational settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
• Participate as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
• Provide direct counseling and support to students
• Recommend and help implement accommodations and modifications
• Maintain well-documented records in line with compliance standards
• Promote positive behavior supports and mental health awareness within the school community
