In this dynamic position, youll collaborate with diverse teams across four buildings, ensuring students receive the guidance and advocacy they need to thrive.

What Youll Bring:

  • Current Vermont School Psychologist Certificate (required)
  • Prior experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support and special education processes
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple buildings and diverse school teams
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments for students across kindergarten through grade 12
  • Counsel students individually and in groups to support social, emotional, and academic development
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to implement evidence-based interventions
  • Contribute expertise during IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment conducive to learning for all students
  • Provide crisis support and intervention as needed
