Job Description:
We are seeking a School Psychologist to provide support at a K5 elementary school in Winchester, Massachusetts. This position will cover a leave of absence and includes conducting student evaluations and providing small-group counseling for students receiving special education services.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license/credential
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Experience conducting educational evaluations
- Experience providing counseling or social-emotional support
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations for students as part of the special education process
- Provide small-group counseling to students with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Maintain accurate evaluation records and documentation
- Participate in special education and student support meetings
