Position Overview
In this role, youll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to assess student needs, develop intervention strategies, and promote positive learning environments. Enjoy the balance of remote flexibility and on-site engagement.
What Youll Do
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments
- Interpret evaluation results and develop recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Support IEP development and participate in team meetings
- Provide counseling and behavioral interventions as needed
- Help foster inclusive, supportive school environments
What Were Looking For
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid state licensure/certification (Delaware or eligible)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a flexible, hybrid schedule
