Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) for Delaware.
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or closely related field.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain thorough, accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop interventions and strategies that promote positive student outcomes.

• Offer individual and group counseling as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students facing challenging circumstances.
