Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid school psychologist certification or license in the state
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Capacity to adapt assessment and intervention strategies to diverse student needs
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and prepare reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school teams
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student achievement and wellbeing
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute insights on student learning and behavior
• Support crisis intervention and response as needed
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
