A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support educational assessments and interventions within a school setting in Westerville, Ohio. This role involves working directly with students, educators, and families to promote student well-being and academic success through psychological evaluation and counseling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students learning needs and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop tailored intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development.
- Monitor student progress and adjust recommendations accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant policies and regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Ohio.
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
