Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychology endorsement is required
- Prior experience in school settings is preferred
- Proven abilities in conducting assessments, evaluations, and testing for students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and development
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-8
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop strategies that foster academic, social, and emotional growth
- Assist with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Interpret assessment results and offer recommendations tailored to each students needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to help create supportive educational environments
- Offer counseling or consultative services as needed
