Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist (IL PSYCH) license required
- Experience with middle school students preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
- Advocate for student needs and consult with teachers and families to promote academic and emotional growth
- Serve as a mental health resource and crisis intervention specialist within the school community
