Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist credentials (IL PSYCH)
- Experience supporting middle school students preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation within a school setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise in educational and behavioral planning
- Help design and implement strategies for crisis intervention and prevention
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with compliance standards
