A full-time School Psychologist position is available at a K-8 school in Waukegan, IL. This opportunity offers a contract role for the National School Year (NSY) and requires an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) as a school psychologist. The position involves working onsite, supporting students with psychological assessments, interventions, and consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide counseling and behavioral support services to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive academic and social-emotional outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and review processes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology
• Experience working with K-8 students, preferably in a school setting
• Strong assessment and counseling skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently
• Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued
• Commitment to working onsite 37.5 hours per week
