Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current and active Pennsylvania School Psychologist license required
  • Masters degree (or higher) in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Previous experience as a school psychologist in Pennsylvania schools strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of elementary student development and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and clearly present results to families and teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of elementary-aged students (grades K-5)
  • Complete initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for testing
  • Lead and participate in the IEP process, ensuring compliance and advocating for student needs
  • Serve as case manager, monitoring student progress and facilitating meetings with staff and families
  • Provide direct consultation, intervention, and support to students, parents, and faculty
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with local and federal guidelines
