Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
- Valid Michigan (MI) school psychologist licensure
- Experience providing psychological services at the elementary, middle, or high school level
- Strong communication and consultation skills for working with diverse groups
- Ability to conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and participate in IEP or 504 meetings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to help identify student needs
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for academic and behavioral success
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer professional development and consultation to staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
