What Youll Bring:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Active Michigan School Psychologist certification
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop and review IEPs and 504 plans
• Consult with instructional staff to implement evidence-based interventions
• Assist with school-wide initiatives that promote social-emotional wellness
• Support students and families by connecting them to additional community resources
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal policies
