Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Psychologist license required
  • Experience or training in school-based psychological services
  • Comfort working with K-12 students from varied backgrounds
  • Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students using standardized psychological assessments
  • Interpret data to develop individualized support plans
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Student Support Team meetings
  • Consult with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success
  • Deliver crisis management and response services when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records

This contract offers a consistent weekly schedule of 3537.5 hours, extending through June 2026.
