Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold active Michigan certification as a school psychologist
- Background in school-based settings preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete background check and drug screening
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans) responsive to each learners strengths and challenges
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, specialists, and families to deliver coordinated interventions
- Maintain meticulous documentation and take an active role in IEP meetings
- Track student progress and modify intervention strategies to ensure ongoing growth and success
