Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Kansas School Psychologist License is required
  • Strong background in providing direct and indirect psychological services to elementary-aged students
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Experience performing evaluations, developing intervention strategies, and supporting IEP processes in a school environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for elementary students
  • Deliver targeted interventions and counseling services to support social, emotional, and academic development
  • Participate as a vital member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to student eligibility meetings and IEPs
  • Consult with teachers and parents, offering actionable strategies for classroom support and individual student plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered
