Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Louisiana School Psychologist license/certification (or eligibility for state credentialing)
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program
• Strong familiarity with psycho-educational assessments and report writing
• Experience with K-12 students preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational evaluations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and special education teams to design and monitor intervention strategies
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow all federal, state, and district guidelines
• May supervise or work alongside support staff depending on district assignment
