Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
- Hold a current School Psychologist license valid in the state of Kentucky.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with diverse student populations at elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and multi-tiered systems of support.
- Strong communication, consultation, and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students academic, emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs across elementary, middle, and high school campuses.
- Provide direct and indirect support services to students, teachers, and families.
- Contribute expertise during student support meetings, developing interventions and strategies targeted to individual needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote a positive learning environment.
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts as part of a multidisciplinary team.
