Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Hold a current School Psychologist license valid in the state of Kentucky.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with diverse student populations at elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and multi-tiered systems of support.
  • Strong communication, consultation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students academic, emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs across elementary, middle, and high school campuses.
  • Provide direct and indirect support services to students, teachers, and families.
  • Contribute expertise during student support meetings, developing interventions and strategies targeted to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Assist in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts as part of a multidisciplinary team.
