Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or related field required
  • Valid Arizona School Psychologist license (must be current)
  • Current fingerprint IVP card for Arizona schools
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and counseling skills
  • Comfort with developing and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students in various grade levels
  • Provide direct support and interventions to students (individual and group counseling)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies supporting academic achievement and emotional well-being
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student needs and recommend services
  • Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral support plans
  • Maintain thorough and confidential student records and reports according to district guidelines
