Job Description

A school psychologist position is available for the full school year at a K-12 school in Twisp, WA. This onsite contract role involves supporting up to 600 general education students across two buildings, with responsibilities shared within the current team. The assignment runs from September through the end of the school year, requiring 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
  • Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and guide interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student academic and behavioral progress.
  • Manage a caseload assigned based on skill set, providing services in two school buildings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports compliant with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington School Psychologist License is required.
  • Proven ability to write FBAs and manage a caseload of up to 600 general education students.
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
