Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for school psychologist credential
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of psychological testing, special education processes, and MTSS/RTI frameworks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work compassionately with students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to design individualized interventions and support plans
• Collaborate as part of multi-disciplinary teams to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention when needed
• Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and mental health initiatives across the school
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district, state, and federal requirements
