Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current and valid Arizona school psychologist license
• Valid fingerprint IVP card
• Experience serving students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify individual student needs
• Develop and implement effective intervention plans in collaboration with instructional staff and families
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as required
• Deliver professional recommendations for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support school-wide programs to promote positive mental health and social-emotional development
• Participate actively in student support teams and departmental meetings
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
