Job Description

Seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support a dynamic school environment in Tucson, AZ. This contract position involves working closely with special education teachers to provide comprehensive psychological services that enhance student outcomes and foster a supportive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with three special education teachers to assess and address student needs
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide interventions and counseling to support students academic and emotional well-being
  • Consult with staff and families to promote positive behavioral and learning strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona Psychologist License required
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and assessment procedures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Work Details:

  • Onsite position located in Tucson, AZ
  • 37.5 hours per week
