Job Description

Make a significant impact by providing essential psychological services to students in an engaging and collaborative school setting. In this onsite contract role, you will be supporting special education needs while working closely with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Arizona Psychologist license (AZ PSYCH License)
  • Experience or training as a School Psychologist
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with educators, especially Special Education (SPED) teachers
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions tailored to student needs
  • Work hands-on with three SPED teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation and guidance to school staff on best practices for fostering student well-being
  • Support the school community by addressing behavioral, academic, and social concerns
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with local and state regulations
  • Participate in school meetings, providing expert input on student progress and strategies for support
