This contract-based opportunity allows you to work part-time with flexible hours, contributing your skills to a dedicated educational team from August through June. You'll collaborate with an IEP team to complete assessments and evaluations and occasionally have the option to work remotely for paperworkproviding a balanced mix of on-site and at-home responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist license (IL Psych)
- Experience as a School Psychologist in school settings
- Proficiency in conducting student assessments and evaluations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, IEP team members, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations as part of the IEP process
- Work with students across various age groups, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop individualized education plans and intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork, with flexibility to complete some tasks from home with approval
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expert insights throughout the academic year
