Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan School Psychologist license required (please be ready to verify via the provided state credential search).
• Prior experience in school settings is preferred.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills.
• Passion for supporting students academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff, families, and students.
• Flexibility to work onsite across various elementary, middle, and high school locations.
• Available to start August 12, 2026 and remain through June 2, 2027.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services to K-12 students across Monroe County during the entire school year.
• Conduct evaluations, psychological assessments, and contribute insights for IEP meetings.
• Deliver individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and targeted behavioral supports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective interventions.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote a positive educational experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting as per school and district guidelines.
