Job Description
A contracted role is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services in an elementary school setting. This position supports students through psychological assessment, counseling, and collaboration to promote academic and social-emotional success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological evaluations and interpreting results to guide interventions
- Delivering telehealth counseling and mental health support to students
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to develop individualized plans
- Participating in meetings such as IEPs and contributing to data-driven decision making
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting services as needed
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid credentials as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing telehealth psychological services within school settings
- Strong understanding of developmental, emotional, and learning issues in children
- Effective communication skills with children, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation
- Familiarity with elementary school environments and relevant legal requirements
