Job Description
A position is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services to support student mental health and educational development. This contract role requires expertise in assessment, consultation, and intervention within an educational setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
- Delivering telehealth assessments and services to assist in academic and behavioral interventions
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and recommending appropriate adjustments to support strategies
- Maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Valid school psychologist certification or licensure
- Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering remote psychological services
- Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and behavioral assessment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain documentation according to guidelines
