Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid certification/license for School Psychology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience within K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and best practices for students with mild to moderate disabilities
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and interpret results for students referred for academic, social-emotional, or behavioral concerns
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support students educational and emotional needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer expertise on psychological and educational strategies
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling as appropriate
