Key Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Psychologist, or Temporary/Full Approval by the Michigan Department of Education as a School Psychologist
• Professional approach that fosters collaboration within general education teams
• Proven experience working with school-age children
• Up-to-date skills in conducting multidisciplinary assessments
• Solid understanding of curriculum design and behavioral interventions
• Preferred: Background in supporting students with Special Education needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other education professionals to support student success
• Provide recommendations and develop interventions based on assessment findings
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your expertise to create effective support plans
• Guide and help implement behavioral supports and evidence-based strategies within the school setting
• Stay current with best practices in school psychology, maintaining accurate records as needed
