Job Description

Make a difference for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in a dynamic educational setting near Surprise, AZ. As a contracted School Psychologist, youll partner with students, educators, and families to foster positive learning environments and support social-emotional growth.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Active Arizona school psychologist license
  • Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience providing psychological services within school environments (elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and deliver counseling services
  • Commitment to supporting academic, behavioral, and emotional success for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments to evaluate students needs
  • Interpret evaluation results and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Develop and participate in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote whole-child wellness
  • Offer individual and group counseling sessions supporting emotional or behavioral challenges
  • Lead or contribute to crisis intervention and prevention strategies within the school community
  • Advocate for inclusive educational practices that foster safe, supportive learning environments
