Job Description

A contract position is available for a skilled School Psychologist to provide essential support within a school setting in Sugar Land, TX. This role involves working directly with students and school staff to assess, evaluate, and address the psychological and educational needs of the student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to support student development.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop effective intervention strategies.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and support services to students as needed.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral management.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology or a related field with licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working within school environments, preferably in K-12 settings.
