This is a contract opportunity, beginning at the start of the school year and extending through early December, perfect for professionals passionate about supporting early learning and contributing to student success.
You will provide vital psychological and educational services to young children, collaborating with educators and families to help nurture each childs development. With a part-time schedule of three days per week, youll have the flexibility to balance work with personal commitments, all while playing a key role in fostering positive growth in early learners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid School Psychologist license in Minnesota (MN Psych License)
- MDE School Psychologist License
- Experience or strong interest in early learning/early childhood education
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Excellent communication skills, compassion, and flexibility
- Must be able to work onsite as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
- Provide direct support and interventions to students, focusing on early learning
- Work with teachers and families to develop tailored strategies for student success
- Facilitate and participate in team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with state and district policy
