Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations and writing related reports
• Familiarity with IEP development and special education laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, staff, and families
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor interventions for diverse student populations
• Experience with crisis intervention and behavior management is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation and recommendations to teachers, counselors, and families
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to support student success
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate and advocate for student well-being
