This full-time, onsite contract position extends through June 12, 2026, and is ideal for professionals eager to support diverse student populations in a collaborative educational environment. Youll provide critical services, including conducting initial evaluations and participating in re-evaluations, to help students achieve their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan School Psychologist license required
- Experience working with K-12 students across various settings
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational staff
- Organizational skills for managing caseloads and maintaining documentation
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive school communities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver districtwide psychological services to K-12 students
- Complete initial and re-evaluations as part of the special education assessment process
- Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions
- Create comprehensive reports and participate in IEP meetings
- Promote positive mental health and academic achievement through evidence-based practices
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
