Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to work as a School Psychologist supporting K-12 students in a dynamic, onsite school setting. The role requires a thorough understanding of psychological assessments, interventions, and consultation to help create positive educational outcomes for a diverse student population. The position is based in Sterling Heights, MI, and involves a 37.5-hour workweek under a contract arrangement.

Key responsibilities include conducting psychoeducational assessments, collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized support plans, and providing direct counseling and crisis intervention services. The ideal candidate will have a valid Michigan School Psychologist License and be experienced in working with students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist License
  • Experience serving K-12 student populations
  • Strong skills in assessment, data interpretation, and intervention planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and community resources
