Job Description

A K-12 school in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a fully licensed Michigan School Psychologist for a contract position during the current school year. This onsite role involves supporting both secondary students and a few elementary students with psychological services and assessments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12
  • Providing consultative support to teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Implementing interventions and strategies to support student mental health and academic success
  • Participating in meetings related to student progress and special education services

Qualifications:

  • Fully licensed Michigan School Psychologist required
  • Experience working with secondary age students, with some experience in elementary settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite and manage a caseload effectively within the school environment

Location:
Sterling Heights, MI (onsite only)

Schedule:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, from ASAP through the end of the school year (approximately June 5, 2026)
