Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and crisis management strategies
• Compassionate communicator with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with special education law and processes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Provide counseling and support services to students and consult with teachers and parents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and recommend evidence-based interventions
• Assist with crisis intervention and participate in school-wide prevention programs
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
