Make a difference each day by empowering students from kindergarten through high school as a school psychologist in a supportive educational setting. This contract opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, to May 26, 2027, offering full-time hours and the chance to profoundly impact the school community.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Texas School Psychologist license required
- Experience working in K-12 educational environments
- Strong skills in student evaluations, reevaluations, and assessments
- Adaptable to itinerant assignments with varied caseloads across student ages
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not mandatory
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
What Youll Do:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations, reevaluations, and assessments for students across K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design appropriate academic and behavioral interventions
- Participate in response to intervention (RTI) and individualized education program (IEP) meetings
- Travel across multiple schools within the district as an onsite professional
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting for all assigned cases
- Contribute expert advice to promote a positive learning environment for students with various needs
