Job Description

An opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Midland, TX. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent workweek for professionals dedicated to student mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify and address student learning and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide counseling and interventions to promote positive social-emotional development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support diverse student populations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with professional and district standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Texas Psychologist license.
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Strong assessment and counseling skills tailored to children and adolescents.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
