Make a difference in the lives of students by providing dedicated psychological services as a full-time School Psychologist on a contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work across K-12 with a diverse range of students, providing meaningful support and assessment within an educational setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current South Carolina (SC) School Psychologist license, Level II required
- Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
- Solid background working in school settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Clear communication, consultative skills, and a proactive approach to supporting student well-being
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments for students across all grade levels
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to translate assessment findings into effective support plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions
- Document services, findings, and recommendations in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to address concerns and foster a positive learning environment
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed
