Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in School Psychology or related field required
  • Nevada school psychologist license, current and in good standing
  • Experience supporting elementary, middle, and high school age groups
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultative skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
  • Provide behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement student support plans
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to special education eligibility decisions
  • Help build a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and respect across all campus levels
  • Offer crisis intervention and ongoing counseling support when needed
  • Interpret assessment results and deliver findings in an accessible, compassionate manner
