Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in California
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Familiarity with evidence-based counseling techniques for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students strengths and needs
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to educators and families
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect services to support students academic achievement and positive behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create nurturing, inclusive learning environments
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including eligibility, intervention, and support planning
