• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist in Michigan

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation and upholding confidentiality standards

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results to determine student eligibility for services
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in student support and problem-solving teams
• Consult with teachers and parents regarding academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Offer direct counseling to students individually and in small groups
• Contribute to the design of positive behavioral support initiatives
