A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to serve students from PreK through 8th grade. This contract role runs from August 3, 2026, to May 26, 2027 (dates subject to change) and is based onsite in Somerton, AZ. The position involves collaboration within a school environment to support student psychological and educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades PreK-8.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and academic success.
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Educator Certificate in School Psychology.
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Experience working in a school setting with PreK-8 students.
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing and educational interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to travel candidates willing to relocate for onsite work.
Location: Somerton, Arizona This position requires working onsite full-time.
