Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for approval)
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing interventions, and participating in IEP/504 meetings
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and multi-tiered systems of support
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support eligibility and program decisions
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design and implement effective academic and behavioral interventions
  • Contribute actively to IEP and other student support meetings
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral functioning
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school setting
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
