Key Qualifications:
- Current South Dakota license as a School Psychologist required
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
- Open to experienced professionals as well as interns, with a flexible approach to caseload
- Experience in South Dakota schools is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students across K12
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Participate in problem-solving and eligibility meetings
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support the development of IEPs and 504 Plans
- Promote a positive and inclusive school climate
