Desired Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification

- Strong communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students of varying ages
- Develop intervention plans and provide counseling to address learning or behavioral challenges
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to recommend strategies to enhance student success
- Promote safe, inclusive, and positive learning environments
- Support crisis prevention and response efforts as needed
