Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in educational or K-12 settings, especially middle school, preferred
- Strong knowledge in conducting psychoeducational assessments
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive assessments to support student learning and well-being
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, working closely with parents, teachers, and other school professionals
- Provide consultative support to educators and staff, recommending strategies for student success
- Collaborate in the development of interventions for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Document findings, maintain records, and monitor student progress
