Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Previous experience in a K12 educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based counseling practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret results
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate with professionals and families on intervention and prevention strategies
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and recommendations to promote growth
- Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as an essential team member
