Desired Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to consult with teachers, provide crisis intervention, and contribute to IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement individualized interventions and supports
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to meet student needs
• Lead or participate in IEP, eligibility, and review meetings
• Offer consultations to staff on classroom management and behavior strategies
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention when necessary
• Promote mental health awareness and advocate for student support
