Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Texas School Psychologist (LSSP) license required
• Experience working with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade preferred
• Familiarity with conducting comprehensive evaluations and standardized testing
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage a flexible workload and adapt to changing school priorities
• Previous counseling experience in an educational setting is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological services, including evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students across all grade levels
• Perform individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning and behavior
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide expert recommendations that guide student supports
• Stay current on best practices and legal changes impacting school psychology
