Qualifications:

• Active Texas School Psychologist (LSSP) license required
• Experience working with students in a school setting, ideally K-12
• Strong abilities in assessments, evaluations, and child-centered counseling
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with students, families, and school teams
• Familiarity with developing intervention plans and participating in IEP/504 meetings is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and observations
• Analyze results; provide recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and student support teams
• Deliver short-term counseling services as assigned
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and progress reports
• Collaborate proactively with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success
